I've had them fix two ice machines (pretty simple fixes but I didn't know better) and a quirky washing machine that Rush (former Green Beret) figured out how to reset in just minutes. They cleaned my AC and a whole list of other items, most notably my air filters (who wants to keep up with those?). At $40 a month for everything they do, this service is really a "no brainer."
