for 1 HVAC system home- Twice-a-year preventive maintenance (filters, batteries, and supplies included)
- $55/hour for general tasks**, with most tasks completed in an hour or less.
- Pre-vetted specialist and contractors at lower negotiated rates
- Month to month contract and you are free to cancel at any time.
*Homes with more than one HVAC system come at a slightly higher monthly rate.
