Test HVAC supply and return temperatures
Inspect and clean HVAC condensate line termination point
Inspect HVAC condenser unit
Inspect HVAC safety features (drain pan, float switch, etc)
Replace water filter in refrigerator (one free filter provided)

US Army Veteran

1 year working with HVAC residential and light commercial
25+ years of residential HVAC installation and repair experience, specializing in air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps
Texas A/C contractor license holder
5+ years of residential HVAC experience including service diagnostics and repairs, maintenance, system installations and change-outs and ductwork design and installation
