What a whirlwind - from a soft launch in San Antonio late in 2021, to now rolling out across various neighborhoods in Houston, we are proud to be continuing on our mission to bring our customer-first, cost-saving, preventive home maintenance service to more homeowners across Texas.

4+ years of experience in multi-family property maintenance as a maintenance supervisor.
Background in appliance repair, general plumbing, handyman repairs, and make-ready services for all units.
8 years of Maintenance experience
Former campus student housing Maintenance Technician for 8 years
HVAC Technician Certification EPA type 2 for 6 years
15 years of experience in the construction and maintenance field
Prior experience includes completion of multi-million dollar projects for leading oil and gas manufacturers
OSHA 10 certification and Silica safety certification
PreFix will be taking this same dedication and commitment into the Houston area, from Cinco Ranch to Mid-Town, so far.
We will be serving the custom family homes of Katy, Spring Branch & Bellaire, the fresh townhomes and unique bungalows of Rice Military, The Heights, and Rice Village, and the spacious estates of Memorial and River Oaks.
