1. Sponsor
The PreFix Mother’s Day Giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by PreFix, Inc., 611 S. Congress Ave, STE 505, Austin, TX 78704.
2. Eligibility
To enter, you (“Entrant”) must be a legal resident of the United States, age 18 or older, and must submit accurate contact information including your mother’s name and the zip code of her primary residence. Your nominated mother (“Nominee”) must reside in an eligible zip code currently served by PreFix, Inc. in one of its four metro service areas (Austin, Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio, Texas). Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of PreFix, Inc. are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
The Contest begins at 12:01 AM CST on May 7th 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on May 10th 2025 (“Entry Period”).

5. Winner Selection
Six (6) winning Entrants will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by PreFix based on a subjective assessment of each entry. Judging will consider factors such as sincerity, creativity, and emotional impact. Judging will occur on or around May 16, 2025. All decisions are final.
6. Prize
Each winner’s Nominee will receive a free 1-year PreFix home maintenance membership (approximate value $564), subject to confirmation that the Nominee resides in an eligible PreFix service area. Membership must be activated within 30 days of notification. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged or substituted.
7. Service Eligibility & Right to Refuse
Winning Entrants will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, or if the Nominee is found to be ineligible, PreFix reserves the right to select an alternate winner or reduce the number of prizes awarded.
8. Notification
The winning Entrant will be notified via the contact information submitted on the entry form. If no response is received within 7 days, or if the Nominee is deemed ineligible, PreFix reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
9. Use of Data
By entering, you agree that PreFix may collect and use your submitted information—including name, email, phone number, and your Nominee’s zip code—for purposes of contest administration and future marketing communications, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. General Conditions
PreFix reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time due to fraud, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. All decisions by PreFix and its judging panel are final and binding.
12. Release
Entrants release and hold harmless PreFix, Inc. and its affiliates from any liability or claims arising from participation in the Contest or use of any prize.
13. Governing Law
This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
